Looks like its crunch time. I already sold 1/3 into the market and have been waiting for a new offer. Drop in oil price doesn't help things. I am not sure what I will do tomorrow but sure am inclined to take some more money off the table. I see no logic in tendering but certainly in selling into the market. Maybe something will be announced tommorrow or if Sunoma has truly not done the DD as sugested by Orbit, they may extend and raise the ante some.
