Elmo the big picture is that the individual compensation scheme must be changed. This should be a revolutionary change to which I have no idea how to enact at this moment. Like for example some basic foods should be for free and waste harshly punished with forced labor on the spot. A complete different set of values should be teach in schools, nationalism erased from the agenda but at the same time make sure greed is unaccepted socially, population growth strongly curtailed and limited at 2 offspring's and the list is long I know it is my musing but otherwise the world will implode for one reason or other and we will return to the stone age The mistakes made in the Russian Kolhoz or in Israeli Kibbutzim should be learned and avoided. In some the arrangement was a success in many others a total failure
