I just read the 8-K. It appears that you and Pugs have been lying about the merger, the money, Palco, MVPH, PRTI, etc, etc, etc.
I'll bet Mork would be happy to accomodate any investors who want to sue by making it a class action lawsuit against you and the company.
And I also see the company is saying there is $200,000 in knitting equipment at Hialeah. Dan Rodriguez didn't see anything. He offered $20,000 for all the equipment there. Of course, since Ekrhen was Roland's company, they are trying to negotiate the debt, rather than suing, like they have done to Baron's. I'll talk to Dan to confirm the existence of the knitting equipment.
If Lanzillo won't put his company and reputation on the line for RMIL, it should tell you something as well. |
