Is anyone able to comment on the appearences of this stock being accumulated? Look at the SEC filings. Go to: edgar.stern.nyu.edu Enter the symbol...take a look at the 13D/A filings. The latest filing was dated 12/10/97: sec.gov ZWEIG DIMENNA PARTNERS is reporting some open market purchases ... Paragraph "13 PERCENT OF CLASS REPRESENTED BY AMOUNT IN ROW 11 Total-9.1%" This is up from the 8.1% reported in the filing of 12/2: sec.gov ...there seems to have been a progressive accumulation underway... Check 11/18 for 6.7% sec.gov Go look at the 13 D/As? Thoughts? Disclaimer...owning stocks can be hazardous to your wealth...
