Doesn't look to me as if they bought or sold any, seems more of a re-statement ... ? ... maybe annual, required by regulation or something INKresearch is way behind on svb, they show most recent update as 27jun2015 ... Edgar adding 100k at .19 on 24sep2014 ... Lazarus doing about 200k buys at same time, then filing a bunch of 'Form 5' annual statements ... nothing since, and down the page under ten per cent holders they list Lazarus with 17.4m shs, but not Coeur ... because they're under ten, i guess ... the old yahoo site used to do a much better job of insiders, think they had a bot that mined SEC filings directly Zinc as been alive, bit of a pullback at the moment, that's fine ... silver chart looks constructive, can't call it dead anyhow ... last year it was april before this puppy started to wake up, could easy work out the same or later this spring ... so i continue to add barely token numbers of shares at widely separated random intervals
