China is an unique development. Cannot be replicated anywhere as it is people who make the country. Nobody else is Chinese. I am not passing a judgement is thi si good or bad, I am just stating a fact. I worked for NEC, the now returned to natural size electronics telecoms company. I, at 23 years of age, with very little world experience and know;ledge in 11 months realized: "these guys do not go very far" It was for me obvious that they could not develop out of Japan, They need the Japanese to keep growing. Chinese Huawei are exactly the same. They are a Chinese enterprise and cannot live without Chinese people. Only if the Chinese stop being Chinese they will succeed. And we know the Chinese will not stop being Chinese. Perhaps that is the reason Gengis (although not 100% Chinese) returned to his natural size.
