Two things I love about this huge $150 MM Williams contract. First, it shows that the GX-550 ATM switch works. After the recent MAX-TNT meltdown/disconnect debacle, this helps. Second, this is a brand-new product and thus should sport a healthy margin. Unlike RACs, which are becoming a commodity, there should be no margin squeeze with an OC-48 switch. This gives ASND a greater chance of an upside earnings surprise over the next few Qs (or whenever the contract is to be delivered).
