All potential gas capacity increases with depth.
You double the depth you double the absolute capacity.
When you drop down to a 33 foot depth in the ocean you just doubled the amount of CO2 any unit of seawater can hold.
66 feet, 3 times what seawater can hold at the surface at the same temp
So on and on....
Eventually you will reach saturation, it just depends on the gas solubility of CO2 in seawater in this case.
