ANYONE: "BottomLine" from TEC Fall 1996 states:
..."Last year Lone Star's closest competitor--Outback Steakhouse--realized $53 million in after-tax profits on $540 million in sales compared to Lone Star's $46 million on $340 million...Lone Star has no debt, and $124 milion cash on its balance sheet...As of May 31 Lone Star's stock price appreciated--since its inception--1,088.9%...
...With the recent creation of Sullivan's Steakhouse and the acquisition of Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House, Lone Star has been redefined as "The Steak Company."
The article quotes CEO/Chairman Coulter "...we won't win (Forbes #1 small comopany) next year becuse a small business is defined as $350 million or less and, God willing, we'll be close to $500 million in sales."

ANYBODY--Your thoughts, PLEASE.

Thank you in advance,

Dorothy (sondrar1@ix.netcom.com)
