If Lessig has said, "we should file suit" he should be the Special Master?

NSCP was trading at 171 on Dec 7, 1995. I shorted it at 165( I couldn't get shares any higher ) for my best trading decision of all time.
Today it is at 37, and STILL selling at 4x sales. This is down from 100x SALES around 2 years ago. I'm betting it goes to 2x sales. Only a buyout can save them.

Would you buy their products for your company, with other " sources" available? Give me a break.

And MSFT is no great bargain anymore. At least right now.
