Dennis, From Fidelity web site: Max Sales Charge: 3.00% Waived for certain Fidelity retirement plan accounts marketed and distributed directly by Fidelity. Fidelity Magellan Fund, Fidelity New Millenium Fund and Fidelity's Select Portfolios are excluded from this waiver for retail retirement accounts. I think the key is 'certain Fidelity retirement plan accounts marketed and distributed directly by Fidelity.' Julius
