As annoying as "Flo" is, or can be, I still appreciate Progressive for the variety they put into their advertising. It still rates high on my least favorable list, but unlike so many others, they throw something new at us with a great deal of frequency. They are getting close to the limit currently with the over exposure of the nerdy minion idiot who sucks up to Flo all the time.
