Trustworthy is probably the highest and most easily broken characteristic when it comes to relationships. Every human endeavor is a relationship of some sort and at some level. Sure people do things all on there own and sometimes without thoughts of financial gain but even a reclusive artist frames or displays their work.

There are also those people who do "the right thing" even when they know they might be despised for it. That has an 'over the shoulder' flavor to it. You can credit conscience to some extent.
