A psychology instructor was caught on video calling the presidential election of Republican Donald Trump an “act of terrorism” during class — and a teacher’s union issued a legal threat to the student who shot the clip, the Huffington Post reported.

After calling Vice President-elect Mike Pence “one of the most anti-gay humans in this country,” Olga Perez Stable Cox told her students at Orange Coast College in Costa Mesa, California, that “we are in for a difficult time.”

“Our nation is divided, we have been assaulted, it’s an act of terrorism,” Cox said in the video posted to YouTube on Tuesday. “One of the most frightening things for me and most people in my life is that the people creating the assault are among us.”
