It is obvious that Waite does not have the interest of shareholders in mind while collecting his $240,000, millions of shares of stock, and buying a cheap investor letter, Kostech, to hype this stock. It is obvious this company is a scam. Where are we with Phase II & Phase III? It is time to initiate a class action lawsuit again these crooks.
