The rumor today is that CEPH is a takeover candidate. David Faber (CNBC) says that he spoke to the company and got no comment but that several of those that know about these things say that the possibility of this being true is very remote. I also heard that the valuation of a takeover would be about $31. THIS IS JUST HEARSAY. DON'T TRADE ON HEARSAY. But if you're a gambler...you're downside risk from where it closed today is maybe a buck or possibly two. The upside would appear to be greater. Onward & Upward... Mark
