found this on aol The Company went to court 12/29/97 and was given another reprieve to continue to do business as usual. They have enough cash collateral for the next month. The Company has to return to court on January 26, 1998 to review the business and their plan to go forward. Bob Lee feels that he doesn't see a problem with January's shipments and the numbers should be readily done. He explained that the management will be concentrating on the refinancing plan over the next two weeks. The Company also has to return to the American Stock Exchange in January to go over their future plans. Mr. Lee has told me that their customer base continues to grow and both Dragon and Expert has actually increased orders. L.G. Zangani, Inc. continues to represent the Company and is available to provide any information we may have on the Company to any shareholders or interested parties.
