A buyer today might get very lucky . What would you pay for a cure for cancer ? A big part of the low price is in " delay " . Health Canada has more loops than a circus clown with a small dog act . 1000 shares $300 . If it works 100/share ? Things can go wrong so tiny is the way to go .
