Well, "something" finally happened! This merger looks interesting. It will be important to see how the combined management handles the 2 businesses. I wonder if inventory will be an issue. I think that NM management has a credibility problem, at least IMO. The most immediate issue is to increase revenues without increasing costs. My guess is that the new company's name will be Quantum Television (or something like that) with a ticker of QTV. Good luck to everyone. I'll be watching. Todd
