The office is just the location of the corporate headquarters. The company did
not move the Denver office. The location has 8 actual offices, a conference room,
and a cubicle and reception area. There is only 9-10 individuals working out of
the new office. At the shareholder meeting we will have a reception at the new
offices as well as a tour of the Denver facility. I cannot disclose the terms of
the new facility but I hope this has answered the majority of your questions.
