Called IR today and spoke with Scott Cameron and asked: Q - How many shares does TSIS have? A - About 18 million total. 6 million owned by insiders, 3 million by two institutions and a float of about 9 million. Q - Within the past twelve months, how many clients have you lost? A - Two. Q - When will you begin reporting to NASDAQ? A - 1st report will be after Jan 31. Expect to fully comply with NASDAQ reporting requirements by end of 98. Expect Jan 31 report indicate a profit. Q - How many employees? A - 17 Q - Do you do shareholder conference calls? A - No but will once brokerage coverage begins. froland.
