Rob Gillingham has been appropriately disciplined and has been ordered to pay costs up to $3,000 Cdn in an investigation of the Conduct Enquiry Committee as a member of the Chartered Accountantant Association. I made aware to the Committee grounds for it to do so. As the nature of the discipline was confidential, I am not at libery to disclose them now, but will do as I await the reciept of the supplemental Disciplinary reviews in April or so. N.B. to Rob As I have not received an apology from you for this unethical conduct against me as requested by me, the appropriate authorities have now been informed with records, including Barclay's. I am certain the fine will be much greater. Time to make peace with Huber and Williams - your window is closing around you.
