I was reacting to the (to me) disparagement of my participation here. The comment on my nationality and what seemed to be an oblique reference to my being someone else who it would seem to be less than welcome here.

The term NEWBIE used to describe me can be interpreted at least 2 ways as you can see and in light of her tone and your defense of me in your reply to her message... I took her message in a bad light... newbie usually refers to a beginner, as in this definition I took from the internet.

new·bie

'n(y)o?obe/

noun informal

noun: newbie; plural noun: newbies

  • an inexperienced newcomer to a particular activity.

This is hardly a flattering term to use in describing me.

It is the dangers of using words that could have multiple meanings in emails.

I am by nature a polite person... but I have all the tools to react negatively when required.

On a different subject... I am not familiar with RS charts. I understand now how it is calculated being a simple P&N chart of a ratio of one security or index by another.

Is there an automatic charting service or is this done manually.?

On their Sharpcharts, Stockcharts.com has a RRG relative strength indicator which combines RS-Ratio with RS-Momentum. At this point I am not sure how they are interpreted, I have briefly played with a couple charts but have not seen how it fits with my approach so far.
