My impression so far of having one Market Maker is

LEAGALIZED RAPE

I hope that I don't have to make up a similar phrase when the new Market Makers are added.

This Market Maker should not give the spread between Bid and Ask in dollars and cents but rather in parsecs. For those of you without a science interest a parsec is 3.26 times the speed of light. Light travels apporximately 180,000 miles per second.
