What I don't get is what happens if you have maybe 20 days in a row where it is 3 stnadards too hot? What does that mean? That it is 99.999999% (or whatever) proof that people are making it warmer? Or is it 98%? How does that work? And how is it factored in whether it is people doing it or, just shit happens because sometimes it is really just hot because we have warm winters and cool summers sometimes?
