The 8-K does not say they are going after the MVPH shares either. If they were, I'm sure they would have mentioned it. So don't start putting words in their mouth. You've done enough of that already.

And I'll stand in front of any jury right alongside of you anytime, and let a group of reasonable people decide who has misled who here.
