Thanks to Koos for all his efforts but what a damn mess that our relatively incompetent nanny state bureaucrats have made. They don't know enough to even know that a scale can measure in both ounces and troy ounces, let alone how to set the scale correctly to weigh the gold in troy ounces during an audit. And the gold community didn't even know that there have been some actual audits going on since the 1950s, even though their thoroughness leaves much to be desired.

And then the Feds blame many of their problems on poor procedures and documentation, just like a bureaucrat. They couldn't be bothered to actually do some real study or research. :(

These are not the real and educated Americans that we're looking for...
