It has to be repealed. If they don't, it'll just die in the next year anyway and the rotting corpse will be in everyone's face for years to come, in the form of bureaucratic nonsense that made the program untenable to begin with.

I just hope they never allow Democrats to touch the health care system again after this. You guys would fuck up a wet dream.
