This was first steady up up up day in a while. In front of speech. Surprising. Guess mkt has decided many big initiatives will die. Healthcare fixes to O-care. Infrastructure. Trump looking a bit winded by fights. I have a long term pattern being broken to upside here on XBI monthly. Targets ATH w/i a few months. Last point: I agree with much of what you have said BUT folks have been saying equally nasty things about overall mkts since 2100. Up 15% since and my stuff says 2700+ coming. Hunch is bios lead bigly from here. Tomorrow scares though.
