Slight flattening of the yield curve compared to three months ago. Is flatter now than either pre election malaise and post election spike. German two year hit record low negative rate. Shadow stats shows highest inflation since 2007 last year. We still aren't near the 4% hit a couple times late in GWB term.. Is odd to me considering rent, health care and education out of control for years and much worse than last market peak should more than offset lower oil prices??? Guessing financial engineering continues to work till yield curve flattens out.
