The 8-K doesn't say one way or the other. We can debate all year long and it won't change anything. But to say that they ARE going after the shares requires just as much of a leap of faith as saying they won't.

Now, if you're willing to share more of the information you claim to have, please do so. Who is the Attorney, Milton Price?
