I have a complaint about Datek's service......the cretin's who run the Dept. of Finance in my state are keeping Datek out of Idaho. A woman explained to me that they felt there were too many infractions/complaints against Datek. I asked her if it wasn't that local brokerages were fighting it and she said, "absolutely not". I asked for a copy of the complaints, which were sent to me. There were 13 complaints but they had to go back to 1974 to find that many. All or almost all involved SOES(?) violations. I'm not impressed with their list, I've got that many real complaints about eSchwab myself, this year. Has Datek given up on this state or can it crack the local good-ole-boy shell? How about giving us a hand? JR
