It is quite obvious that the rebuke from the regulators over the "indicative pricing" issue is a continuing burr under NC/BG's saddle. I guess it really was annoying to him to have been reined in like that. I wonder if he was hoping for a similar market response to his "presser" that SJL just experienced from theirs and that is why he is heaping scorn on it? I wonder if it is because of SJL that there is that large pink blob on the map? I wonder what the behind the scenes pressures will be to try and match that market response given the overhang and its weakening support?
