Thank's. The SE for ENB is/was tax free. You maintain your original SE cost basis but now in ENB shares.

My hope is that SE's management brings ENB their safety record and overview throughout the ENB family. I am sure that SE will maintain their safety record for the assets they operate & managing. ENB can/should learn from SE.
