Michael, There's nothing to debate here....No company in their right mind would give up what they legally own....Your WRONG for implying that they would. You in fact no nothing at all...and are showing your ignorance here! Oh Yea I've got something I'd like to share with you buddy...Now apologize and we'll talk about it!!!! Your supposed to be the professional researcher her but frankly you couldn't find your tush with both hands! Per PRTI's Attorney on 1/5/98 - PRTI assigned the 4 mil shares of MVPH to RMCW because they claimed in essence 15Mil in damages. <EOD>
