We just saw a PTCA vs CABG trial in NEJM...thats a decade after PTCA's have been fairly common...I think PTCA vs MIDCAB is faraway...I agree with you that the threat to CTSI is not the conventional CABG, but advances in PTCA/stent/patency... What do you think about Centocor and Reopro?
