Why don't atheists do anything like that? Religious groups do these things because they think it's part of their mission. It's another good thing about religion in America. [2] [3] Hey, I think I'll start a secular recovery program.....got a great name, "Sobriety without Spirits".... Why didn't the USSR win the cold war? Why isn't North Korea the leader in world invention? They should have been edens since they were totally secular. A nation may declare a secular government and there are many, but that doesn't mean the people are secular and they generally aren't.... The people of the USSR were largely Christian, ie Russian Orthodox...the former SR's still are. Why isn't North Korea the leader in world invention? lol.........are you suggesting that religions spur inventiveness?????? If religion had it's way, you'd still believe the sun circled the earth... btw, the USA is officially a secular nation.
