TEMPORARY RULES (to be applied until June 2020 or unless earlier terminated by me, the reluctant mc) to try:

we shall try a protocol of tyrannical repression, in a manner of speaking, given tyranny is inevitable as order breaks down
(1) where anyone can report (or snitch, depending on point of view) to me re anyone who materially insulted anyone of this thread, and i exercise the ban for period of 2 weeks.
(2) should there be greyness as to the nature of material insult or just-slapdown, all who 'like' this post Message 31011832 as at any time shall be qualified vote (i.e. i am unqualified unless and until i 'like' the post) to adjudicate on the greyness.
simple majority decides on temporary ban of 2 weeks.
it is up to the banned to notify / remind me of end of ban-period.
(3) 3-strikes repeat-offenders get the permanent boot.
(4) as to material insult, any word / grouping of words i had used in the past against anyone in exactly the same grammatical context is automatically okay, and so 'human slug' is okay, as also 'simpleton', etc, as be okay calling some one of this thread neanderthals, needing medication
calling anyone 'filthy mouthed whores' appears grey to me, but when reported to me i can easily leave the matter to a vote, or may just take executive prerogative to temporary-ban and leaving the voting adjudication initiative to others per miscarried-justice work-out.
(5) should justice be miscarried, show me the proof w/ link(s), and a wrong shall be corrected
(6) stalking behaviour, as opposed to material insult, shall be handled by the wronged party by the 'ignore' function, unless the stalker (as reported by the stalkee) sports more 'ignores' than the stalkee by 2:1 margin, and the stalkee has more 'follow' than the stalker by 2:1 margin, in which case above rules are followed. stalking is simply defined by stalker posting to stalkee at rate of 3 posts to the stalkee within 12 hour span, directly or by inference. the stalkee must report the incident to open thread and must be pre-ceded by stalkee notifying stalker "you are stalking me".
frivolous reporting shall be dealt w/ very harshly - i.e. permanent ban w/o possibility of de-ban.
The above rules have been put to a vote, per one man one vote universal suffrage protocol.
i am the man with the vote, and so it passes.
