The good old days of China featured a class of folks who were effectively untouchables as far as the law is concerned. Core Comrade Jinping has seemingly put an end to the delimit.

In the meantime the civil servants of N.Korea and America seem to exist at the whim of somebody.

This thread has not had to devolve to the level tee-ing up summary execution, but it may come to that at some juncture.
