Kevin, good overview of the situation that has led most of us to take our lumps and move on. I for one fail to see how securities regulators allow blantant abuse of appropriate public disclosure or lack thereof in this case. When companies fail to keep their investors informed they should be suspended from trading and if necessary "DELISTED" Yes some of us would get hurt but in the long run it would restore confidence in the junior mining sector.Enough is enough! This crap must come to an end. I don't want to see or hear the word Colossal for a long time. My investment was "Colossal" all right-a hugh Colossal mistake that I trusted the insight of the Investor Guru's advise, among others.
Thank Goodness there were other bright lights for most of us in 97!

Happy Investing!
