I have been following this thread for a couple of weeks and have read all of the information that I could find on NRAG. What I do not yet understand is how revenue from the VLT project will help NRAG from having to take on more debt. This project is being run by a Venezuelan company which is 30% owned by NRAG. Will this company be paying all of it's profits in dividends to the four shareholders each quarter??
