I am slightly bothered by the fact that the proportions of stated ownership appear to keep changing. Last time I spoke to IR, they said that insiders owned 3 (I think) million shares. Obviously, share ownership is a fluid situation and, putting this is the best possible light, you might deduce that insiders have added to their positions during the price drop.

Did he say what period that first report will cover? I assume that it must be 1 Oct-31 Dec if they expect to show a profit (hooray!).

Is this referring to TSIS or client shareholders?
