I know AZ has for-profit prisons, something Trump wants to expand. For profit prisons are really just a racket run by a mafia. People pay gigantic taxes to support that corrupt culture, so they need constant reminders of all the boogiemen out there lest they stop to contemplate their financial folly. Trump et. al. are beating a constant drum that if they don't look and think like white Americans, they will blow you up in your sleep.
