There may be some anti-war stands of hers somewhere, but not in the Middle East. Here's another example:

No way. If it's part of the Bill of Rights, Amendments 13-15, etc., it is not in any way a prerogative of the states, many of which confuse a repressive theocracy for protection of individual rights.
