China can rattle saber as much as it can, in the end it needs peace. That can be applied to the whole S. East Asia as they are all dependent on the rest of the world. Think: Malacca Straight. Suez Channel. Panama Channel.

Countries that stir war are exactly the same countries that have no share on trading.
