By today's standards a GTX-960 is fairly light weight for gaming and the GTX-970 is better, but I started my son's and daughter's computers over a year ago and made the compromise. His is finished and her's will be soon, but neither have adequate monitors for decent refresh rates, which goes hand in hand with having a gaming GPU. I was on the phone with him yesterday explaining his VGA screen wasn't good enough.
