Health care, Health insurance, Private med practices, Health ins corps and the University/College educational systems are all subjects of big brother.

Start by decoupling gov from all of them and put the doctor patient financial/care relationship back to one on one sans bureaucrats and administrators and the de rigging process might get started.

Now that we have discovered new planetary systems close by maybe start off by naming the closest the Nanny planet ? Give the koans a fresh start where they can spend their own $$$ till they run out.
