Michael T. Currie: - On your first comment regarding number of shares, I'll call again for a clarification. I may have made an assumption based on the breakdown he gave me. It's entirely possible the discrepancy is my fault.

On your second comment, my understanding was that they expect to report a profit on their Jan 31 reporting (assume Oct - Jan period). After the Jan 31 period report, they will begin NASDAQ filing and will fully meet the filing requirements by end of 98. My notes are a bit sketchy here but as I recall, the rational given was something about additional costs associated with meeting filing requirements. TSIS would rather reach breakeven/profitability first and then file later. I took that to mean any profits reported on Jan 31 would be slim.

I asked the question regarding shareholder conference calls because one, I like to listen in on conference calls and two, since that's a service they provide to their clients, do they provide conference calls between TSIS management and its shareholders. His response was no but they would when brokerages start covering them.

Anyway, I'll try to get clarifications today. Thanks a lot for your questions.

froland.
