Good news for the country as a whole. Good for the economy, good long term for the deficit. Medicare (with Medicaid) is already unaffordable long term even without the expansion. The individual mandate is intrusive big government of dubious constitutionality. The coverage mandates increase cost. And the government should stay out of funding abortion and abortion providers and insurance.
