Yes, it is FAKENEWS. Have somebody read this to you (in my original post). It's obvious you have zero reading comprehension. Perhaps you are unable to read, or you have a mental disability.

U.S. Customs & Border Protection said it does not contact travelers in advance of their travel out of the United States, according to an official who said any U.S. citizen with a passport may travel out of the country.
